A flying day, expected or not.

After the hour long drive to the airport, another hour or two getting out of the airport, a three hour flight, and two hours (at least) to get fuel, that's all we did today.


Final resting spot at Rio International. They made us start up and move. Well, they made us argue for five hours, THEN start up and move, THEN wait another three hours. THEN we still didn't have all the paperwork done, and Thierry had to come back the next day for ANOTHER five hours.

Now calling for clearance. Brazil has been rather slow, and we very quickly learned to get everything cleared up (like getting clearance to take off) BEFORE starting the engine.
